Leaner Legs Question

Hi,

I just used Leaner Legs for the first time the other day and it was a killer with a Capital K! I loved it. One question though: if I can't yet make it through the whole tape with weights am I better to:
a) do the first half of the workout with heavier weights (i.e., 20 lbs barbell, 8-10 pound dumbells is about where I am right now) and then finish the end of the workout, but with no weights because my legs are too dead, or
b) lighten up on the weights but use them all the way through.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I am new to your workouts and just loving them!

Hi Jodi! Leaner legs is designed to promote muscular endurance (the ability to go longer under challenging tension), therefore select a lighter (but not too light ;-) weight that challenges you right to the end of the workout. Take Care!
