Hi Cathe,

We are the same age, I do not have children, I am a Cancer Survivor. From
Cervical Cancer ! ( Breast Cancer is in my Family), but I am the first for this
form of Cancer and I try to tell young woman to get the shot, they do not want the year's of very painful and invasive procedure's ending in me having a Complete Hystro. at the age of 35! I was diagnosed with this Cancer almost exactly one year to my 1st yr.Wedding Anniversary-very tough time! ( Happy to say we will be Celebrating our 16th. Wedding Anniversary in Oct., He was great along w/my parent's,friend's, great dr.'s who are now friend's and last but not least my Buddy , my cat Irish ( she is the best, but she can never learn to speak-she know's to much!! (lol)!!:)
I am trying to let other woman know it does not just happen to people who are out there sleeping around, I did what I was right for me and I am the only one of my group , were my Husband was my first sexual experience. Family History does hold a big part in who get's what! I am a proud survivor, I sadly lost my Dad's twin my Aunt this year, she battled Breast Cancer for over 26yrs. Since I did have a Complete Hystro. my chance's are excellant that I beat it.
I really just want to get the word out , you are not bad or loose if you do
get this form of cancer. Cancer does not care who you are, rich, poor!! It
hit's whoever it want's to, but if you have great Doctor's as I have been Blessed with - it can be tough, but I am living proof you can win!! Just Believe in you and FIGHT!!! You Deserve it!! and alway's tell yourself ;
" YOU MATTER ! " Even if you do not have cancer , I believe everyone should do that!! :)

I have had 15- difficult year's , but I am now clean for 6yrs. I also had to
be rushed to the Hospital in 07', thinking it was a Stomach Virus, ended up to be much more serious and I had Emergancy Surgery - were I lost 1/2 my colon and a portion of my small intestion's. So I have a lovely Hsytro. scar I am use to , but now I also have the scar from 07' which goes all the way down my stomach.

I just purchased your Stepper & it is coming with a DVD. I expect it on
either the 10 or 11th of September !

I was wondering how I should begin, I do have tape's and have done
the step video's , your's seems much harder. Obviously I will not be starting at the 12' of the Step.
But how do you reccommend I begin with you? I watch you on my Cable Fittv Channel. And I like how you explain everything. You are one of the
3-instructor's I really like, I like Jane Fonda for her Instructer's for her Step and I like Leslie Sanson for her walking inside to keep shape. What I am really trying to do is get my whole stomach area in shape and stronger. I have degenerated disc's at my L-3,4 & 5. I am a Partner in a Meat Company so
lifting too heavy caused that damage.
I am no stranger to exercise, I was a Bicyclist and I won quite a few race's.
I can no longer use my road bike due to my last surgery, it ended up being a DVT in my colon and on Coumadin - my Specialist is afraid of me falling or getting hit. ( I have been hit at least 4-time's in my Biking Career- Believe it or not).
Sorry this is so long , I just want you to know my limit's , medical wise!
My sign in name is the name of my SUV, my dad alway's name's his Truck's
with Female name's so since my 20's I have been nameing mine after Men's name of either sport's figure's or this one is special to me, it was to be my
first son's name!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :)

By the way Great Show!! It does intimadate me a bit, I am not going to lie!
But I think doing it right will show me the progress I want!!

Thank You,
Zack67

Not Cathe but I like rhythmic step, basic step, and low max. Because of back and knee issues I always use a lower step. If any move is too high impact or too difficult for the uncoordinated me, I use a Leslie move-walk in place, side to side , etc. Hope this helps and good luck. Joan
