Joint mobility?

Hi Cathe,

I was wondering if you incorporate joint mobility exercises into your own workouts/daily routine. I have only recently heard of joint mobility during a kettlebell training session (well, it really ended up being a session about joint mobility and not about kettlebells), but of course it got me thinking, and was curious if you think it's something worth exploring and working into regular workouts.
