Dear Cathe,

I pre-ordered STS several months ago. However, I have since closed the bank account that I used at the time and have opened a new one. Did you charge the entire amount of the program at the time when I pre-ordered or do I still owe you money for the STS program? If I do owe money, please let me know how I should pay the remaining amount.
