imax 2 question-what other work out?

I'm sorry if this question was asked before but every time I do Imax 2, I want to ask this question but I forget when I am reading this great board. During the first interval you mention that you are using it as an extended warm-up but if you are coming off another work out you can beef up the intensity. I can't imagine what other work out someone can do, finish and then say gee, I'll do Imax 2 now. They must be super human. Just curious.

I was SO wondering the same thing! We know Cathe's superhuman, but it's flattering to know that she thinks we're superhuman, too!
 
Hi Rita! This is actually geared towards those who mix and match their workouts. I know many who may do 30 minutes of one type of workout and then pop in another tape and do 30 minutes of another (or use mix and match features on their DVD's).

If this were the case and a person used the first 5 intervals of Imax 2 as their second 30 minutes, I would want them to be going ALL OUT on those swims and off the back lunges :)
