I'm back Cat

Hi Cathe and Gang,

I just wanted to inform all those people who was nice and concerned and sent me so many apologies my way when I broke my right foot and twisted and sprained my ankle while doing 10 10 10, that I'm back on track:-jumpy. It seems like it's been so long since I did a Cathe video :-( that now it's more enjoyable than ever :D. My foot is still so sore but I at least are managing to get through them. It's nice to be back! Thanks gang

I hafta tell you, I was thinking of you each and every time I did that tape, and especially whenever I was doing the "mambo on the step" move. Sorry you're still so sore :-(!!! I'm sure you've heard "don't rush back into it" more times than you'd care to.....just be careful and ENJOY RE-ACQUAINTING YOURSELF WITH THOSE FABULOUS TAPES!!!! :)
