I've been doing Cathe for 7 months. I've mastered rhyhmic step and low max and decided to take on the challenge of Body Max. I'm finding Body Max to be a whole new definition of intense. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for how to best approach getting through all the segments of this workout. Right now, the first 32 minutes of the warm-up and step aerobics is all I can handle. I'd appreciate any suggestions from those who have conquered or are working on conquering this routine. Thanks. Michelle
