How to build muscle BULK on my upper body

My arms are very 'toned' (not jiggly), but there is little muscle 'definition'. I'd actually like to build and see the muscle definition. What is the best CATHE DVD/WORKOUT to do that ? I think I have maybe been concentrating on muscle endurance too much so maybe that is why I am not getting the results I want.

I definatley agree with Debbie, but would also add that the Gym Style series would be good with the Slow & Heavy.
