Hours of Working Out?

Cathe, as I am curious how much video instructors actually workout, how many hours per day and how many days per week do you work out? An estimation would be fine. Thanks in advance.

Hi Vera! It varies for me based on my obligations for the day. I teach 6 classes a week so that amount of working out is a given. On top of that time I like to work out with weights 4 times per week if I am doing a split routine plus add on a cardio if I'm feeling I need it. But again, this varies. Take Care
