I'm not used to doing squats and lunges, I want to be able to finish a full routine without having to take a break. Is there another way to break myself into a routine so that I can actually finish it? What would you recommend as far as following a vhs routine. one more question. I absolutely love step aerobics. I'm not an avist (I don't do them regularly), however I would like to really get into the tougher stuff of your's because it looks soooo fun. Which video of your's can you recommend to use as a start? Thanks Cathe, Your the best. ~Dawn
 
Hi Dawn! There is nothing wrong with taking breaks at all. Trust me, you are still getting the benefits. But if you realy want to try a "no break" workout, then simply keep your assiting weight very light.

For step aerobics, you can try the older workouts to get familiar with my choreography. I suggest Mega Step Blast, the Step Jam, then Power Max.
