I'm new to this site and just love what i'm reading!
I've been watching your fitness shows on FitTv and i just love them!
Thank you so much.I have a question for you hopefully u can help me. I weigh 107 pounds and i still have "flab" around my belly and my inner thighs.I work legs like 2 times a week with weights like in your shows and abs i work like 3 to 4 times a week.I do cardio 5 times a week.I;ve been working hard these last 2 yrs to get rid of the flab and i still don't knnow what to do anymore,its frustrating at times. I think i eat well i do not eat fatty foods if i do its within moderation.I have IBS so i can't have fatty foods.I stay away from breads and pastas ,most of the time. So do you or anyone here have any sugestions? What am i doing wrong? I really hate to lose more weight,i do not want to look to thin.Thanks !

Ps My arms look very good though ..lol.Though not as nice looking as Cathe's....lol..Thanks again...
 
I have the same problem fatty lower abbs and inner thighs and I have absolutley no idea on how to get rid of them.
