Help With Workout Plan

I have about 10-lbs that I would like to loose. The last ten pounds I have been trying to loose for a couple of years. I currently workout 5-6 times a week, an hour each of those days. One of the days inlcudes on hour on the treadmill. I recently started to work out to your programs on FitTv. I liked them so much that I purchased your Body Blast DVD's. I cannot afford to purchase all of them, but would like to purchase the Intensity series in the future. Could you suggest a program (rotation) that will help me loose the last ten pounds and maintain it. I am looking for an all around program that includes cardio and weight training.
