Help......Meaty arms

Hi Cathe,
I have always had meaty arms; it is part of my gene pool I guess. When I was younger and in dance for many years, I still had meatier arms than others. My husband will jokingly ask me to flex cause he finds it amusing how hard they are, yet they don't have definition. My question is ....how often should I do upper body weight lifting, how much weight and how often to get them to slim down. Currently, I do ME once a week along with cardio and weights once to twice a week. Thank you...

P.S. Read the post about thunder theighs, use lighter weights and more reps. I did Cardio and Weights yesterday and instead of doing thier poundage and reps, I lightened and did faster and more reps (without losing good form) during the weight segments. I could feel and burn and am slightly sore today. Try your own thing during those segments.
