help

hello -
im in need of some help.
im trying to build more muscle. i have many w/o videos and dvds by the firm and others.....my problem is im not seeing the results i want
i guess what im asking is which videos or dvds do i start with?
there are so many to choose from i just dont know where to start....

A good start would be a full-body workout, like MIS (Maximum Intensity Strength). It's a solid, gym style workout that will help you with your goals. After doing a full-body workout 2-3 times a week for a while, you might want to switch to a split routine, like the Pyramids (a two-day split) or Pure Strength (a three-day split). Splits allow you to lift heavier and to get more recovery time for your body, which is essential to muscle growth.

im planning on purchasing some dvds or videos....which should i purchase to get the most use and also help me achieve the definition i'm looking for?
also i have been looking at the site and need help with rotation?....if at all possible?
