Hi Cathe, I thought you had made a rotation using gym styles but I can't seem to find it.

Thank you everyone. I have a lot to choose from. I think I will substitute any of Cathe's step for either her kickboxing, ride my bike outside or run on the treadmill with cardio coach. I can't do much step anymore and my 50 year old knees are thankful too.
