Guys from Cardio Kicks?

I pulled out Cardio Kicks again for the first time in awhile. That workout has such a high fun factor. I was wondering who the guys are in that workout and how they came about being part of the taping. I haven't seen them again in the other workouts.

Hi Sophie! These men are are Steve and Mike. They were great, weren't they? At that time they were very fit gym members (Steve was a fitness trainer) with very flexible schedules. Having a flexible schedule is paramount. It is very hard to be a cast member for this very reason. You have to be available all different days and all different times for rehearsals.
