Hey Cathe,(and educated crowd)
First let me say how excited I am to read about what is going on with the new dvd's on the blog everyday.
Not sure if you'll have time to answer ?'s but here goes:
This week I am combining GS and PS series. Today I did chest and was wondering what benefit is there to doing 72 pushups (which I do with straight legs) vs. just doing the 2 sets of 12 off my step in PS?
I did the GS push ups, and the rest of the chest workout then went to PS and since I already did all 72 pushups I skipped them on PS (not quite sure I could have done them anyway).
Anyway, if the benefit about the same, I was wondering about starting with PS pushups, going to GS chest and finishing with PS chest.
