I know this is a day early, but I wanted to wish you a happy filming day! Cathe, I know it's been a tough recovery road to get to this point, but you did it!!!! I bet those butterflies are really kicking in now! Happy filming and I wish you, Brenda, Cedi, Jai, and Lorraine a great day!

Oh my gosh! Tomarrow is the big day, isn't it. Then we can start bugging you for release dates! Just kidding. The blog has been wonderful. Good Luck and best wishes. I hope everything goes smoothly.

I've been going straight to the blog first thing everyday. I love being included in all that goes on behind the scenes and the preparation to film. It's so exciting!

I am SO looking forward to your new workouts!!!!

Should we say Break a leg, or .....on second thought, maybe just GOOD LUCK!!! :7

Good luck Cathe and crew!!! I've been watching you run around the gym with boxes of "stuff." It's nice to see that you still have a smile on your face when you are stopped for the 10th time by a member. Some days, I don't know how you get through a workout with all of the interruptions! I can't wait to receive my DVDs, although it will be a while before I can go all out with them - C5-6 are herniated (very large patient vs. my neck and shoulder.) Chris :)

Don't forget to make us smile--the teasing and the laughs in your workouts are the best; they're what separate you from everyone else. I like that your workouts are serious, but with humor too.

I'll be thinking of you guys and sending good vibes all day!! I used to work in theater and I remember opening day, excitement and craziness! I can't wait to see pics and hear news, I'm sure you all look beautiful and will have a lot of fun today.
