A good follow up after 3 week S&H?

Last week I finished up a 3 week S&H rotation. LOVE LOVE LOVE S&H. Each week I did the 3 S&H tapes, 3 ctx cardio and abs, 1 lean leg. The results were great both in stength and definition.

I dont have the new series yet ($ issues right now) but do have circuit max, cardio kicks, Imax and Power hour.

This week I'm doing
Imax, power hour, lean leg, rest, power hour, Imax, lean legs.
I'm quite tired this week and wonder if this is a bad rotation (I've changed it so I have a day between power hour and lean leg)

Next week I was thinking of
Cardiokicks, Circuit max, Imax, Lean leg, cadio kicks, circuit max, res

THe following - all 6 ctx

and then repeat. Does this seem balanced?

My goals are -
1. to keep focused on a workout (lost my job at the begining of the month and this is GREATLY helping me - giving a sense of accomplishment and focus and helps me keeping POSITIVE)
2. to firm up even more (my weight is fine I just want to be firmer and get more definition.
3. My focus area is my legs - I'd love a 6 pac but that's NOT a priority!

Thanks for your great tapes and any feedback! As soon as I'm employed I'm getting the new series!!
