Glute raises

I've started a new rotation using ME twice a week going for endurance. The glute raises, question.. I have never had a cramp in my quad before but these get to me by about the 16th rep. Should I stay with a 2-2 count, or just keep trying to get 24 singles? I had some knee surgery a few years ago on the left and they had to cut into my quad and it has never looked right since, really annoying, but both my front quads cramped so I think it is the new exercise.

Hi Traci! If the cramping does not occur on the 2/2 count, then stay with that. If you think the cramping is due to the exercise being new and will eventually go away, then you can work your way to singles, but if it never seems to ease off, then only do it in a manner that does not present discomfort.
