Getting started again

I am a mother of a middle schooler and have been away from exercise for a while (about three years). I need to get back into the exercise habit to be an example to my daughter,improve my own health, and deal with work stress. Is the beginner rotation posted on the forum a good one to use for someone like me? Do you have any advice for easing back in to regular exercise? Thanks.

But, Yes.

I started with it and found it to be just what the doctor ordered. I had broken my toes in three places and after they had healed and I decided I was ready for something more intense I found Cathe through FitTV. I just completed the beginner's rotation (slightly modified to accommodate another injury.)
