getting fit

Hi, Im a44 year old female,4'11 95pounds I always thought at this size how can i not be fit?? ha ha.. I woke up one morning and knew I needed to get in shape. I have a bit of a tummy 2 kids and one c-section my core is one of my concerns. but also firming the butt and just overall tone and firm the body. I am looking for the best starter excersise program for me. I have been doing some exercises but need a good program to follow. thanks for any help.

Go to the DVD ROTATIONS forum. Cathe has an offical starter rotation that you could read and think about doing. It's really great for newbies to Cathe and/or fitness. But trust me, in no time you'll become an expert and move on to harder workouts!:D :D
