Hi Cathe! I know I am only supposed to ask questions in this forum, but I had a cute story to tell you. Yesterday, I was doing PS-Legs & Abs. Usually my 17 month old son sleeps while I work out, but yesterday he wanted to participate. It was so cute; during stiff legged deadlifts, he was watching you and started to mimic the motion (without weights, of course)! I guess that he is just starting early. Anyway, I thought that you might appreciate that story having two little ones yourself!!
