Hi Cathe-
Just started back to intense training since having Baby Sam. I purchased all of the new tapes back in July and now I finally get to use them!
I started the S & H series this week and had a question on how to lift the weights... Should I be using a smooth fluid movement through the slow 6 counts Or, should I be using almost a "stop" at each count while executing the move?
Hopefully this makes sense. I am trying to use the best form possible and am not sure which way is most efficient with this series.

PS... The tapes are GREAT!! I know I'll get my pre-baby shape back in no time using them!!
