I love your tapes and your energetic motivation. You are a true inspiration. I do have a question. I've read all the books and magazines that are out there and they say to put forced reps in every now and then. In all your tapes you say not to do this, to use perfect form and never swing to bring up the weight. I've used your tapes for four months and I'm yet to see an addition in the weights. Yesturday I did the CTX upper body workout and I used forced reps, I was exhausted by the end and today my muscles were sore. Is it true that if your muscles are sore you really worked them? Are forced reps good or bad? I don't want to do anything to injury myself. What should I do?Please Help. Thank you for hearing me out and I hope you find time to respond.
