Fitness by Frank?

Cathe,

During the end credits to the S&H workouts you thank a gentleman named Frank Forcinito of "Fitness by Frank."

What role did he have in producing this video series?

I'm only curious because I'm so impressed with the quality body-building hints you give in these workouts - rotator cuff, wrist & forearm strengthening exercises, the 10' tilt, using heavy dumbbells for chest & back work where a barbell would require a spotter, and so on.

Hi Dawn! Frank is a highly qualified personal trainer as well as a great friend of mine. While I was designing the slow and heavy series, I contacted Frank to see how his clients responded to this form of training. That conversation led to a few brainstorming workout sessions together where we exchanged a lot of valuable information. I incorporated the information that not only provided a refreshing twist to the workouts that I have already done in the past, but also that which complimented the overall slow and heavy training concept. Glad you are enjoying the workouts :)!
