Do the firewalker bands being used in the two new workouts come with our order of both DVDs or do I have to order these separately?

Clare,
They do not come with the workouts  . Although that would have been a great idea.Cathe makes those moves w/the firewalkers look effortless. I can assure you, after trying 20sec of plie jacks w/the blue one, I laughed, swore, and went searching for my pink   Natasha
