Escalade Sports Super Show

Not sure if it was "Escalade", tho. Oh, please tell me that he didn't spend a week in Vegas with CATHE!!!!!!! And I stayed home???? SHEWT! I don't even wanna ask him or I'll be so depressed! Is this the 'Super Show' where folks sell/show/demonstrate all their sporting goods inventions and products? :'(

Oooh, I'm very interested in this, especially if Cathe is going to be there. I've been thinking of taking a mini vacation with just myself and my husband and Las Vegas would be great.
 
ME TOO! I am in the Vegas Valley. And we are not far from So California, Arizona or Utah if Cathe fans wanted to drive over. Hint, hint, hint! LOL

I live 100 miles from Vegas! I HAVE to go! I don't know which day I can make it yet...or even the cost? Gotta look more. Anyone interested in a get-together.

General public can't attend :':)'( I can't believe Cathe is gonna be so close and I can't meet her...bummer.

Andrea - Did you call the 800 number? I tried emailing Lisa Calderone, but she is already out of the office for the show. I know how busy it is when you are working a trade show, but I wonder if Cathe would be able to meet some of her fans if we could all come up with a set time or something. Maybe outside the show or a place of her choice. I swear that I am not stalking you, Cathe!! I would just love to actually meet the person that I start each day with!! :)

Hi Sara! I don't know exactly where I will be at what time to schedule a definite meeting place outside of the expo. If I did, I sure would love to meet you all. It would be very exciting. If I find out more before I leave, I will post something. Thanks for asking though:).

Cathe - You are so great for replying!! I have a friend that might actually have access to the show, so I am going to see if I might be able to get a badge that way! I know - "cheaters never prosper" - but it would be so neat to meet you! Hopefully I will see you there!

A place to meet

I don't think I will be able to get access to the event either. However, if Cathe is available to meet us, a good place to meet would be in the food court on the main casino floor of the Venetian Casino near the gelato bar. It is easy to find. Their gelato is wonderful. There are lots of tables. We could all carry a Cathe video or DVD in our hot little hands so we will recognize each other. The Super Show is being held at the Venetian/Sands Convention Center. It sure would be fantastic if we could all get together.

BTW I am suggesting the gelato bar because the food court is huge and it is located at the far end of the court so it would limit the wandering around trying to find one another, not because I would ever dream of suggesting that we give up clean eating. LOL
 
Okay - I did some research and I can get into the show as a personal trainer but it costs $50 for registering so late AND I wouldn't be able to bring Zack (my 18 month old) into the show. Maybe Cathe, if when you get into town and find out that you have some time, we could coordinate with everyone here and try to find a time that is convenient for you! If you would like to reach me here in Vegas I could post my phone number. I'm sorry this seems so pushy - I just can't imagine you being so close to us Las Vegans and not being able to see you!!!!

Yes, I did call Lisa, but she is out of the office until the 24th and just got her voice mail. So I called back and just asked the receptionist about it. She gave me to someone else that said I couldn't go as general public.

I also emailed Lisa and got an automatice reply that she was out until the 24th.
