Electrolyte Replacement

Cathe or anyone else,

I am living in Florida now. Even with the air conditioning on, the humidity is causing me to sweat profusely. I sometimes work out for about two hours and I need a Gatorade-like drink for those times. What can you recommend? Hopefully something not loaded with sugar and calories? I appreciate any response.
