Is the gocathe@covad e-mail okay. I have sent a few e-mails
but haven't had any response. It's regarding a defective DVD and wasn't sure of how to get a replacement.

Yes, you just have to be patient as we are really swamped right now an dit may take awhile for us to get back to you. If you don’t here something after a few days then email us again.
 
Thanks for getting back to me so soon! I realize how busy you all are right now. I just wasn't sure if all my e-mails were being sent or if maybe your system was down. The new DVD's are
really the most important right now. Thanks for the new video clip too, it's awesome.

Cathe I just purchased the steps and your tape came with it. However the first 30 minutes of the tape does not work. It just rolls. The second half of the tape works great. How do I get it replaced?
