My question concerns whether or not the workouts would be effective if I didnt get the Slide N Glide Discs at all. My knees tend to hurt when using the discs in other workouts so I've had to omit those segments altogether, it's a knee angle/strain issue rather than an impact issue for me.
That being said, I sadly didnt pre-order this series (a first for me) however I am still interested in most of the workouts except the actual Slide N Glide workout. For the other workouts, do the discs comprise too much of the workout that by omitting those sections, the workout wouldnt really be cardio-intensive/toning enough?? Thanks for your honest response! |

Stacy - Have you viewed the video clips? Many of the workouts use the discs in several ways (for upper and lower body). Personally, I think the workouts would be compromised without the discs. You just just not use them for the lower body when you didn't want to.

Stacy, it's so hard to tell until we see the whole finished product. But, maybe you could replace every disc move with other moves...such as if she does a slide backward, you could do Lunge backward. Or slide sideways, you could do step out and lift up...in other words just replace slide moves with your own moves which would incorporate the same muscle group? Just an idea!
