Defective Videos

Hi!! I just received my Intensity Series videos and went to preview Cardio and Weights. Well, it turned out it wasn't Cardio & Weights it was Pyramid Lower Body. I thought maybe I had grabbed the wrong video but it turns out I received two Lower Body tapes, one in a Lower Body box the other in the Cardio and Wights box. The rest of the videos are fine. Do I need to return the whole series? Or just the one tape? Please let me know what I need to do I really would like to start using the series right away. Thanks!!

Go to the customer service tab on the home page and e-mail them your problem. They are very quick at responding. Cathe has excellent customer service.

They got back to me within an hour, but since it's Saturday. I don't know.


But they were excellent to work with and their response was quick.
