Defective Videos

I have a defective video. It's tape #1 from the six pack. It runs fine until the end and then the audio is all over the place - up, down, dragging and video quality flips and runs white lines. I think someone else responded that they too, had gotten a defective in their set. To what address do I return the video?

You don't have to return defective videos, but make sure you have watched every video to make sure the rest are okay. Then just email us at [email protected] Make sure to include your full name and address and order #if you know it.Also, tell us what video is defective and what the problem is.
