CTX Upper body split: warm-up?

Cathe, is a warm-up necessary before doing CTX upper body split? If so, does 5 minutes on my stationary bike do it or do I need to be targeting upper body in my warm up? Thanks!

I usually do S&H B&T or C&B warmup when doing CTX upper body split. Maybe throw in some pushups too.

Karen,
I am not Cathe but I can tell you that on the VHS version of the CTX upper body split, it starts with the warm-up from All-Step.
