CTX UPPER BODY ROTATION

Hi Cathe,
I'm ready for a change and I am thinking of getting CTX Upper Body. Currently I will do a 3 week rotation with S&H, PUB, and PS. I usually throw in MIS when I want to do 2 workouts the same week. In order to keep what I have already developed in my upper body could I do CTX twice a week for 3 weeks, or, do I need to combine CTX with another upper body tape. I think I have more mass then I do definition.

Hi Annabel! You will be fine doing CTX two times per week for three weeks and still maintain your current level of strength. After that rotation go back to Slow and Heavy for a slower and heavier challenge again:)
