Hi,
I just started up my weight training again. I use two videos with dumbbells. It has been at least 3 days since I workout and I have been having a sore neck when I lay down at night. It starts out feeling tight on either side of my vertebrates. As the night goes on it becomes more painful and wakes me up. I have had this happen before when I've been doing weight training and am wondering if this is causing the pain. If you think it might be, could you give me any suggestions, might I be lifting too heavy of weights or needing to stretch out more? Could you suggest some stretches for that area?
