While I don't have any pain, yesterday while doing squats & lunges my right knee would "click" every time I did the upward movement. My alignment was fine (knees not over my toes), the same I've always done them. I'm suspecting maybe signs of arthritis, but maybe I'm wrong. I wonder if anyone else has any experience with this and what the problem might be? Also, should I wear a wrap for extra support? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I was concerned too, but my doctor said that as long as there was no pain associated with the noises that I shouldn't worry.

I'm very clicky and have been since I was a kid. I wouldn't worry unless something hurts.
