Cathe, I have to tell you that even after doing Circuit Max about 6 times now (not consecutively, of course) it still kicks my butt, but it's also one of the most high energy, completely fun workouts I have ever seen, in a gym or at home. So thank you and everyone who contributed to such a great video.
I was just wondering if the people in your class are also teachers? Do they teach classes at your place in New Jersey? And I have to wonder if the hubby (Mr. Cathe) works out regularly, too? Something tells me little Eric is going to grow up in a really active environment!
