Cathe!! your workouts, and my knees?

Hi Cathe,

When I think of you I think of five words Beauty,Grace,Class,Proffessionalism and Excellence, need I say more.

I love all your workouts, and I especially love your strength dvds, and have all of them,as we dont get anything this superb in England.

The question is will it be possible to still keep my legs toned if I dont use weights all the time when doing your strength workouts, as I have crunchy sounding knees?.
I know that being overweight had been a contributor to my crunchy knees, which I had before your dvds came along.

I just want to say that I find your workouts very safe and I have never hurt my self doing them, also I know that if I did feel pain I would stop.
But I dont want to lose the strength gains and muscle that you have given me, but dont want any long term stress on my knees either.

So if I chose to withdraw and re introduce heavy weights from my sets of squats and lunges as nessecary , would I lose already gained muscle?
or how about if I squat with light weights instead.
I value your expertise.
