cathe, when do you workout?

Hi Cathe, I just wanted to know when you prefer to workout? I understand that you do classes but when do you feel your best for cardio and weights (morning, afternoon, or night)? For me, I love how a good morning workout makes me feel but I do feel like I can lift heavier in the afternoon.
 
Hi Kariev! I'm pretty much the same way. I like getting the blood moving with cardio in the morning but I think I can lift heavier later in the day when I feel more limber and agile. However, I don't always get the choice so I make the best out of whatever time I have to work out :)

I am sure with kids around, it is much harder to find the time to workout (like for Cathe!).

I love the mornings because it gives me that extra push for a good day to come!
