Cathe - What should I do??

Hi Cathe! I wanted to get your opinion on something. I am trying to lose some bodyfat but would also like to make muscle size and strength gains. Currently, I just mix up all of your tapes. I have been doing something like S&H or PS series and then a muscle endurance type workout (PH, ME, etc.) so that my muscles get trained two times per week. Am I sabotaging my strenght gains by doing this? Is one time per week enough to train each body part to make significant gains. Should I be doing something like the S&H or PS series alternating with cardio for a few weeks? I am just not getting the results that I would like. I'm sorry to babble because I know how super busy you are, I just need any help that you can give!!
