Hi Cathe!

What do you think about doing strictly cardio for a week or two? I have gone thru some serious valleys in my training lately. I have "pudged up" a bit as a result. I was considering just doing cardio for a week or so to jump start things. Do you think this will cause me any problems in my weight training though? I don't want to lose what I've gained (endurance wise).

Not Cathe, but even resistance training can be considered "cardio" if it elevates your heart rate. I know doing squats in particular can really get your heart rate elevated. If you're worred about losing ground with your weight training you could alternate a day of cardio with a day of circuit training.
