Seriously though, this is pushing farther than I ever thought I could go. I did 400 walking lunges without stopping today and I could barely do 100 last summer. I've been following your rotation since September and it has made all the difference.

Just wanted to thank you for pushing me with your wonderful workouts and rotations.

Tomorrow is KM and LIS, if I can walk that is....:+

Thanks Cathe!! I'm finding I am not in as much distress this week as I was last week. It is so motivating to see results as each week passes!!
