Advanced exercisers(definitely not saying I am one) need plateau breakers too.

I echo the sentiments! This is a great challenge and one I am sure will break my plateau and give me incentive to work harder. Thanks also for the great variation in your workouts, with my growing library I never lack for a different workout to keep my body guessing. Sue M
 
Hi Cathe,

I have never done a rotation, but always attempted one. But I have now completed day 3 and looking to everyday afterwards to complete this month's rotation. I actually had someone working out with me two days in a row prior to this rotation, and now she will doing Friday's w/o with me }(--400 walking lunges + 200 jumping jacks. Can't wait.

This is truly a plateau breaker. Thanks for sticking in GSC&T. But one question, where is Low Max? I absolutely }( LOVE }( that w/o.
