Cathe Suggestion You Gave Me on Pikes

Hi Cathe! I just wanted to let you know that when doing last nite those "V" pikes in PUB I took your suggestion & did them all on the tips of my fingers instead of mostly putting my weight on the heel of my hands. This was the problem. I was placing all of my weight on the heels of my hands causing wrist pain. Thanks to you I can now do those evil (oops!) pikes perfectly now. Just wanted to say a big THANKS. Hi Kathy! That's great. Thanks for letting me know. Just a reminder that all those muscles, ligaments, bones, and connective tissues in your hands will also be working hard to master this new technique, so ease into doing them this way too (I know you knew that already ;-))
