Cathe, stupid question about Drill Max

Hi, Cathe. I know you prefer not to give details about new workouts, however I was hoping you could answer a stupid question about Drill Max. What are "fitness drills"? I enjoy your workouts so much that I ordered it anyway, but I have no clue what I ordered. I trust you. I just wanted an understanding of fitness drills. Thanks!

Sorry, I'm not answering your question (because Cathe's Drill Max might be different drills than what I think fitness drills are, so let her give you the right info),however wanted to ask you how you got that smiley face on the step? It's really cute:+ . Also, just wanted to say that your question isn't stupid. I bet many other people here feel this way, just don't wanna ask it because THEY also think it's stupid. But your looking for more information and wanna learn something else. That's not stupid
