Cathe - Strength Training Question

Hi Cathe,
I do 40-45 minutes of cardio each weekday which consists of running on Mon, Wed, Fri, and videos (step, circuit or interval) on Tues and Thurs. After each cardio workout, I have about 20-25 minutes to do strength training. I currently try to fit in a total body strength training workout (legs, abs, arms) after my runs on Mon, Wed, and Fri and then do a concentrated lower body strength workout on Tues and Thurs.
Here's my question: Would it be better to concentrate on certain body parts each day, ie: lower body and abs on Mon,Wed,Fri, and then upper body on Tues/Thurs. I'm worried about not getting a "total body" strength workout each day.
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
