Cathe - Spot or lighter weight?

Cathe, I just completed the backoff sets for back/biceps (M2, W2) - ouch by the way - and have a question on alternating bicep work, particularly concentration curls. The weight that is appropriate for my right arm at 12 reps requires a slight spot on my left arm for reps 11 and 12. This is true right from the 12-rep set, not just during the final back-off set. Is it better to spot my left arm right on each set as needed and keep the weight the same for both arms, or to use a slightly lighter weight for the left arm but no spot?

I repeat, I absolutely love STS. :D

Not Cathe here, but I'd go with the spot. Cathe actually spots herself a couple times on the concentration curls somewhere in STS - can't recall exactly where. If its just the last 2 reps I'd go with the spot and the weak side will catch up. If it were a handful of reps that you were missing, I'd probably lower the weights.
