I sure wish the fitness magazine industry would figure out you can get great workouts in video/dvd form at home.
I'm not Cathe - but I did write the article! I'm a fitness writer and Cathe fan and I must say Cathe was wonderful to give me a quote when she was busy with a new baby and the new videos. Her quote is inspiring. It's in the March issue.
