I'm for the kickboxing, yoga/Pilates, AND a low impact/high intensity workout. Cathe has enough creativity that I'm sure she could come up with something innovative that even the high-impact-only crowd would love. I love the high impact, too, but my knees can't handle it or too much step anymore. I know there was an intense discussion on that subject recently, but from looking at a lot of the posts, I know I'm not the only one who would look forward to a Cathe-style low impact/high intensity workout. One tape wouldn't be too much to ask, would it?????
